18th CEEMAN Annual Conference

The aim of the 18th CEEMAN Annual Conference "New Global Performance Challenges and Implications for Management Development" is to give participants a better understanding of the corporate, sectoral, regional, and national aspects of current challenges and opportunities and to learn lessons from them.

Participants will be exposed to the experiences of numerous players, many operating in dynamically changing environments and/or dealing with issues of huge economic restructuring and social transformation. This will stimulate awareness of the great need and demand for competent and responsible leaders capable of leading their organizations in an economically sound, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible way. It will also facilitate an exchange of views on the implications for management development in terms of programs, materials, and processes as well as in the areas of research and faculty development.

The conference events will include:

• CEEMAN IQA and Case Writing Competition Awards (at the conference gala dinner)
• CEEMAN Annual Meeting

The conference will be simultaneously translated into Russian language.
