2019 BSIS Symposium

With increasing pressure on business schools to demonstrate impact within their communities, it is not surprising that impact is now high on their agendas. In 2018, out of the 55 schools to which the AACSB and EFMD board members belong, 76% used the terms “impact” or “influence” in defining their core purpose. The strategic value in assessing, measuring and analysing impact is by now a broadly shared consensus.

Are you interested in embarking on an impact assessment for your business school? Has your institution undergone the BSIS process and are you looking for ways to optimise its impact?

Join the first BSIS symposium on “Assessing Impact – Questions and Answers”, taking place on 24-25 April 2019 in cooperation with HEC Liège! We will widen the debate on impact assessment, examine current trends, share global best practices and provoke insightful discussions.

This symposium is the perfect opportunity to network, develop a deeper and broader understanding of the impact framework and learn how to construct an assessment system for your business school.

  • The first day of the event will be open to schools that went through the BSIS process to share their experiences and learning outcomes.
  • The second day will explore in detail all aspects of impact assessment including the opportunities, methodologies and challenges.

Do not miss out on this unique event and register soon to take advantage of our early bird rate. Further details about the event including programme, speakers and practical information are available here.

We look forward to seeing you in Liège!
