CEEMAN’s flagship International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA) is a major faculty development program. Taking place on 16-27 June 2018 in Bled, Slovenia, IMTA provides a unique opportunity for young educators to develop their course design, teaching materials and particularly teaching skills and methods, all under the masterful guidance of highly experienced international faculty. What promises to make this year’s edition particularly special is the fact that IMTA is taking place for the 20^th time and CEEMAN will be hosting a special alumni event on 28 June to add even more valuable content and provide platform for experience exchange and collaboration among the current IMTA participants, alumni, and their institutions. IMTA is a highly interactive two-week program with a well-balanced focus on general and discipline-specific aspects of management education. Week one focuses on common issues related to general aspects of management education, with special emphasis on the case method and project work. During the second week, participants are divided into disciplinary tracks such as Business in Society, Marketing Management, Leading Change, and Strategic and International Management to dive even more hands-on on honing participants’ teaching skills and techniques.
