CEEMAN Research on Management and Leadership Development Needs in Dynamically Changing Societies
The second meeting of the scientific committee of CEEMAN’s research project on “Management and Leadership Development Needs in Dynamically Changing Societies” took place on 23-24 November in Riga, Latvia. It was hosted by RISEBA University. The aim of the meeting was to further develop the project proposal, especially in the area of data gathering and methodology, so as to provide a detailed research protocol and instructions for CEEMAN members and partner institutions who will conduct the research in their countries in the first half of 2016.
PRME CEE Regional Chapter to Have Its First Meeting in April 2016
The inaugural meeting of PRME’s Central and East European Chapter will take place at RISEBA University, Riga (Latvia) on 18-19 April 2016, in conjunction with RISEBA’s International Week 2016 “Become Engaged and Make an Impact: Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability Across Disciplines”.

Financial Times writes about CEEMAN activities
Financial Times has published an article "Eastern Europe’s Business Schools Rise to Meet Western Counterparts" which deals with the broader topic of Eastern European Business Schools and how they have developed in the last decades, taking into consideration several aspects of the business school’s pillars, such as faculty development, quality of teaching, international accreditations, and others.
VMU Faculty of Economics and Management meeting with social partners
Vytautas Magnus university Faculty of Economics and managment (FEM) organized a Round table discussion on December 9. There were requested more than 20 social partners, such as ,,FESTO“, „Stumbras“, „Volfas Engelman“, „Ernst & Young Baltic” and others.

KTU and ISM Have Become Partners
By striving for higher quality research and studies Lithuanian Academia embarks upon the inevitable: concentration of potential from the top universities in the country. Mutual input towards a better quality future for Lithuanian youth is being carried by ISM University of Management and Economics and its new controlling interest holder Kaunas University of Technology (KTU). Contract will take force after it is approved by the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania.
Students Business Ideas Presented at the Tallinn School of Economics and Business Administration
On 1 December 2015, for the sixth year already, an event for presenting students’ business ideas, Business Ideas to Life, took place in the TUT assembly hall. Students presented their business ideas, which they had been working on during the whole semester in entrepreneurship courses.

Charity Wish Tree: from AlmaU – to Almaty!
Four shopping centers of Almaty city: Dostyk Plaza, Esentai Mall, MEGA Alma-Ata and MEGA Park – started the campaign “Charity Wish Tree”*! The project was initiated 2 years ago in Almaty Management University, but only today it went out of the frames of one university and became the city project.

On December 3-5, 2015 Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, Dean of Adizes Graduate school, has finished lecturing in the 1st joint program of MIM-Kyiv and AGS, “Change Management”, participated in the defense of the students Final Papers and delivered Certificates of Completion of this joint program in Kyiv, Ukraine.
