Strategic development and Project management consultancy ADVANCED ADVICE is eager to expand its consulting services into the field of increasing organisational effectiveness that also could be referred as process reengineering, process optimisation, value chain optimisation, increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the processes etc.
ADVANCED ADVICE is looking to acquire a strong methodology with continuous support and training from the authors. ADVANCED ADVICE seeks it team members to become certified under this methodology.
The methodology should have not only a strong and innovative managerial background but also a wide practical application. It would be helpful if the methodology would be recognised by the international society of the management professionals.
The methodology ADVANCED ADVICE is looking for shouldn't be present or well-known in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia among the consultancies in order for ADVANCED ADVICE to be able to become the representatives of this methodology in three Baltic states.
The examples of methodologies similar to what ADVANCED ADVICE is looking for could be as follows: LEAN, 6 SIGMA, Theory of Constraints, BSC etc.
