The Game of Generations. GFKM Leadership Conference 2018
On Friday, September 28 the GFKM Leadership Conference was held at Olivia Business Center in Gdansk. The leading topic of the conference was "The Game of Generations", i.e., intergenerational management.
Among the speakers were Prof. Eric Cornuel, EFMD Director General, Prof. Piotr Ploszajski, SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Tomasz Owczarek, GFKM lecturer. Tomasz Harackiewicz presented the findings of GFKM original research “Competences of the Manager of the Future”. At the end of the conference, the President of GFKM, Andrzej Popadiuk, led a discussion panel in which practitioners of intergenerational management from the business world took part.
