UDG Rector at the Meeting of reputable economists and professor with Prime-Minister and members of the Government of Montenegro
On April 13th, UDG Rector, professor Veselin Vukotic participated at the Meeting of reputable Montenergin economists and professor with Prime-Minister and members of the Government of Montenegro about Government's proposal of measures to support economy with a special emphasis on future activities aimed at recovery and further development of the economy.
The several - hour - long meeting discussed the medium and long-term measures for encouraging development and maintaining the living standard of citizens. Both sides agreed that the banking system and the Investment and Development Fund will play significant role in maintaining the liquidity of the real sector in the upcoming period. They mutually agreed on the need for a vision of sustainable development in the future that shall be based on science, innovation and digitalisation, as a key preconditions for further progress.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Financial System, Minister of Finance and Minister of Economy.
