• 19 years of increasing responsibilities within UN organizations at national and international professional level. Experience in management of complex high value projects;
• Experience in opening, managing and closing of UN Offices and /or projects locally and internationally, including negotiations with local Government;
• Experience in development of SOPs, modelling workflows, training on procedures as well as user training on various software;
• Leading IPSAS training activities in UNDP Copenhagen;
• Experience in leading UN Common Premises work groups, management of UN Common Services budget, LTAs and HACT implementation, negotiations with Government officials on GLOC , VAT, UN immunities and privileges;
• Lead the preparation of administrative closure of UNHCR and UNDP Latvia Country Offices;
• 12 years experience in international study course model preparation and delivery in different countries;
• Work experience in post conflict and post crisis environment, including Flash Appeal and work with CERF funds;
• Chair of UN City project Common Facilities Focus group, negotiating common premises and services structure and functions with all stakeholders for UN City in Copenhagen, Denmark;
• Member of Regional ACP for RBEC countries in 2008.
