The events kicked off with a celebratory chapel service. Steve Dintaman, the Chair of the Theology Department, gave an address entitled "Remember the Past, Forget the Past". The celebrations also coincided with the meeting of LCC's Board of Directors.

Other major events included the dedication of LCC's second student residence on campus. The recently constructed dorm was named Enns Hall in honor of Ed and Laura Enns from Abbotsford, BC.

On Friday afternoon, the LCC community, carrying the flags of the 26 countries represented at LCC and led by a marching band, paraded to downtown Klaipėda and enjoyed an International Festival featuring displays from the various countries and music from a wide variety of regional ethnic groups with local residents.

Saturday was a day dedicated to LCC alumni. Graduates from the whole span of LCC's history gathered for a lunch followed by the planting of 16 trees and the unveiling of a book containing many alumni stories called 20 Years of History: The Alumni Book. The celebratory evening event included a fundraising auction featuring creative items recycled from the curtain material of the old Karklų dorm that had been LCC's original home and which has now been closed.
