This conference is dedicated to discuss the relevant issues of higher education role in society at national and international levels. The ongoing higher education reforms bring new challenges and requirements for higher education institutions. Nevertheless, current challenges bring new opportunities and prospects for growth and the development of activities. The conference aims to promote openness, autonomy, and public accountability of higher education institution. It also seeks to promote and improve the growth of mutual cooperation as well as open and fair competition.
