First Clinical Doctorate of AGS
BMDA Institutional member Adizes Graduate School (AGS) is proud to announce the graduation of the first clinical doctoral student: Mr. Carlos Valdesuso.
Mr. Valdesuso's capstone project is A Case Study of the Successful Application of the Adizes Methodology: Synthetic Phase Approach at a Not-for-Profit Organization. The focus is on how a 116-year old not-for-profit organization remains young, competitive, and faithful to its purpose. Mr. Valdesuso will earn a professional (clinical) Doctoral Degree in Symbergetic Organizational Transformation. Mr. Carlos Valdesuso will receive the award of AGS first Doctoral Degree during the 34th Adizes International Convention which will take place on June 24-27, 2012 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
