Methodology of change management, team building and leading businesses through different stages of their life cycles are currently of special importance. As Ukraine is undergoing rapid and disruptive changes it badly needs theory and practical toolkit as well for navigating through the rough period and thriving through it rather than just surviving.

Dr. Adizes is one of the most respected management consultant and researcher in Ukraine. Since 2005 when he first taught his methodology at the CEEMAN conference hosted by MIM-Kyiv his ideas have been widely spread and implemented by many Ukrainian businesses. In 2014 MIM-Kyiv conferred his Honorary Doctorate on Dr. Adizes.

In 2015 MIM-Kyiv and Adizes Graduate School launched their joint program “Change Management”. It started by Dr. Adizes’s inspiring lecture to the new students. Dr. Adizes stressed that he was happy to present this unique program to the Ukrainian market at the time of accelerated change. “Change can destroy things,” said he. “It is more a certain philosophy of management how to keep the company together, how to solve problems with the right attitude, with mutual trust and respect. And it is the uniqueness of the program.”

Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, Dean of Adizes Graduate School, well-known expert in organizational transformation and change and a renowned business and management educator joined Dr. Adizes’s master class. He delivered his practical session on effective implementation of change strategies in the companies as the part of the master class. Dr. Kundrotas also taught the first module of the joint “Change Management” program.
