BNI Corporate University accredited by CLIP
Congratulations to BNI Corporate University for having gone successfully through the Corporate Learning Improvement Process (CLIP).
CLIP is a unique accreditation run by EFMD. It focuses on identifying the key factors that determine quality in the design and functioning of corporate universities and learning organisations. CLIP has demonstrated once again its power to trigger continuous development and improvement of the corporate learning function. We are happy that BNI CU has been granted the CLIP accreditation!
With the ambition to shape a culture of continuous learning and sharing, BNI developed impressive in-house tools that promote individual accountability for learning and collaboration. Those tools empower learners to become responsible for their own learning and personal growth.
Martin Moehrle, Director, Corporate Services, who leads the CLIP process at EFMD, commented: “We were impressed by BNI’s promotion of a culture of learning and collaboration and by the daily check-in with all staff. We commend the positioning of BNI CU and its excellent learning operations.”
From a significant investment in the staff development to the creation of its own learning and sharing portal BNI proved to be an innovative organisation that went beyond the rhetoric.
“With efficient learning planning, budgeting, delivery, assessment and reporting practices, BNI CU is a well-organised L&D. They demonstrated that they are clearly in the position to successfully launch the major initiative,” highlighted Martin Moehrle, Director, Corporate Service.
