EFMD Fostering a global mindset at home workshop

In this series of four practical workshops, we will focus on developing our mutual understanding of internationalisation at home whilst emphasising the value of our local contexts and the geopolitical circumstances that determine how we approach this topic.

Are you curious about current business school internationalisation trends and practices? Are you ready to collaborate with your peers and experiment with new ideas based on recent insights? If your answer is yes, then the Fostering a Global Mindset at Home Workshop is for you.

This series of four practical workshops will aim to develop a mutual understanding of internationalisation at home whilst emphasising the value of various local contexts and geopolitical circumstances that determine how we approach this issue.

Each session will cover a specific topic and feature examples of best practices:

  • How do we define the purpose of internationalisation?
  • What is the value of technology and a digital approach to internationalisation at home?
  • How do we develop a global mindset and intercultural competencies at home
  • What is the corporate perspective?

One size doesn’t fit all. Therefore, this series aims to share best practices developed in the global network of business schools, learn about the challenges, barriers and enablers, and how success could be measured within the existing internationalisation frameworks.
