HOW DO CUSTOMER IMPRESSIONS FROM THE BANK AFFECT THE RETAIL SALE?

EGOR EGORUSHKIN, partner, consultant in the field of finance, trainer of business school “Zdes i Seichas” made a lecture on this topic at the XI International Conference "Retail banking: how to increase sales?" The Conference took place in Prague, Czech Republic, October 4-7, 2015. It was organized by the company “Business-Format”.

The Conference gathered CFOs, heads of bank departments and different companies from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia and the Czech Republic. "The list of participants was well chosen from the point that there were representatives of the different banking markets - noticed Egor Egorushkin. - At the same time it was evident from the formal and informal communication that everyone has got something useful for themselves".

Generally, there were discussed a lot of different topics at the conference. For instance, how should look a modern retail bank outwardly, what IT-technologies will be applied in banking retail in the near future. Expert on Finance of “Zdes i Seichas” told the conference participants how the customer impressions from the bank affect the retail sale and is it possible to manage these impressions. "Very pleased that the banks are interested not only in the inner kitchen, but also in the topic of direct relations with their customers. And I was invited to speak on this topic – shared his impressions Egor Egorushkin. - Of course, it should be noted the place chosen for the conference. Being so far from home definitely helped not being distracted by routine. And the evening walks through the beautiful city helped to adopt all the received information and clear the head for new interesting ideas".
