IMTA: 20 Years of Excellence in Faculty Development
In June, CEEMAN is organizing the 20th edition of IMTA-International Management Teachers Academy, developing a new generation of management educators for a new generation of leaders. The Academy will be followed by a special event, welcoming everyone who is interested in faculty development and academic and professional collaboration.
IMTA is a highly interactive two-week faculty development program, which provides a unique opportunity for young educators to develop their course design, teaching materials and particularly teaching skills and methods, all under the masterful guidance of highly experienced international faculty. While the first week focuses on general aspects of the art of teaching, the second week gives participants the opportunity to choose their own track, work in small groups with a dedicated faculty member and refine discipline-specific skills.

Since 2000, IMTA has educated over 600 management teachers from 51 countries around the world.
