IBS at Vilnius University presented the 6000th undergraduate diploma
On Wednesday 20 June, 2012 the ceremony of undergraduate diploma awards took place in St. John's Church at VU, during which there was the 6000-th Bachelor’s Diploma of the International Business School at Vilnius University (IBS at VU) awarded.
The jubilee undergraduate was Arvydas Žvirblis, the student of International Business undergraduate programme, there were 286 bachelor's diploma awarded in total.
Welcoming the 18th graduates of IBS at VU Director Julius Niedvaras reminded the students that during their four years of study they had a unique opportunity to observe closely what was happening in the world of business in a rather difficult period for Lithuanian economy and business and to have discussions with the best Lithuanian and foreign teachers, businessmen. J. Niedvaras was glad that this year IBS at VU awarded 286 undergraduate diplomas, 176 of which were the graduates of International Business programme and studied full-time and in the Lithuanian language, 26 - studied in English, 33 graduated from this programme by correspondence and 33 graduates selected part-time study schedule.
