International lecturers training
Adizes Graduate School (USA) launched the Lecturers training “How to Lecture on Adizes Methodology” on June 5-6, 2014 in Kaunas, Lithuania. This training was the follow up of the comprehensive lecturers training program, which started on November 7-9, 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey and have been followed by the number of on-line colloquia sessions and more than half an year self-study process of participants.
The training in Kaunas, Lithuania was attended by Professors and Trainers representing Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania and Montenegro.
During the interactive training participants not only got valuable information on the topic “What does it mean to teach Adizes?” , but also had the opportunity to present the chosen topic of Adizes Methodology themselves and received the comments and suggestions from their colleagues and Adizes methodology experts on their presentations. The participants shared their knowledge, presented various cases and examples to illustrate their presentations as well as had a fruitful discussions related to the teaching of this exciting Organizational transformation methodology.
According to the feedback of participants, the training was the great success and everybody enjoyed the atmosphere of Mutual Trust and Respect during it as well as the social activities organized by the Adizes Graduate School.
