ISM among the best business universities in the global ranking

During the global university ranking “Eduniversal” congress ISM University of Management and Economics was awarded with four palms out of five for the fifth time already. The University remains among the top 200 business universities globally. The ISM ranking is the highest in Lithuania and one of the highest in Eastern and Central Europe.

This year “Eduniversal” congress during which the palms were awarded was held in Lima, Peru. The highest category and five palms – “Universal Business Schools” was awarded to top 100 business schools, US Harvard University, London and Copenhagen Business Schools, UK Oxford and Cambridge Universities, ISM founder BI Norwegian Business School and others among them.
 
ISM University of Management and Economics awarded with 4 palms got into the second category of the world’s business universities – “TOP Business Schools”. The University received 4 palms for the first time in 2008.

We have been listed in this ranking for five consecutive years already and we successfully continue to stay high there,” - says dr. Nerijus Pačėsa, President of ISM University of Management and Economics.
 
The main purpose of the EDUNIVERSAL ranking of universities is to make an objective comparison of education institutions providing management and business administration studies in different countries. The ranking is intended to assist students and academic professionals to choose a university for studies, internships or cooperation.
 
This year “Eduniversal” continues its initiative of “Best Masters” ranking that assesses master programmes in business universities in 153 countries. The selected management and economics programmes are divided into 30 areas according to which the university and school rankings will be announced in December.
 
The last stage of assessment included three ISM programmes: MSc in Financial Economics was among the 100 best in the area of finance, International Marketing and Management Programme was among the 200 best in the area of marketing, whereas ISM Master of Management for Executives – among  200 best in the field of Management.
