‘The BAT test is an objective way to assess the competencies of
students and future employees. They are taken into consideration by many
heads of international corporations who are eager to select the most
professional employees. In Lithuania the results of the test contribute
to the added value of an individual wanting to get employment in the
area of financial management. The students of our university score high
in the global Bloomberg rating of employees, which makes them valuable
candidates for open positions at prestigious international corporations.
We are sure that the said achievements of ISM students will serve as
encouragement for our secondary school graduates to continue their
studies in Lithuania’, Ms Gintarė Aldonytė, head of ISM Career Centre,
said.
