The aim of the new Association will be to upgrade the quality of management development, creation the network of organizations in order to collaborate in diverse spheres, education in business and management, research in management, including in English.

Talking about the importance of the creation of KAMAN, the vice-minister of education and science Takir Balykbayev said: “We need such organization, which will help us to enter the top 30 most developed countries of the world. According to the results of the last year, we took the 98th place by the competitiveness index, this is the result of lack of management schools in our country. We needed a good association in order to develop in this direction. If right principals are established, we can get very good results. The Association should be open, transparent – this is one of the main principals of its working processes, if we want to reach a success.

The President of Almaty Management University Assylbek Kozhakhmetov noted that we have to conduct researches in Kazakhstan management, and write books on this theme. According to his opinion, within the conditions of Eurasian Economic Union Kazakhstan’s management should play its role.

Yernar Zharkenov, Head of the research center of the Regional hub in the sphere of public service in Astana said that creation of such an Association is really in time: “We need the scientific school of public management. We have to strengthen our own scientific, intellectual potential, upgrade the effectiveness of the state service. Therefore, we need joint researches. We have an opportunity to conduct them with 30 countries, participants of hub, and 5 international organizations (including OECD, organization of economic collaboration and development). It is necessary to implement universal indicators of the measurement of public service.

Aleksei Tsekhovoi, the President of the Union of project managers of the RK, talking about the timely creation of KAMAN said: “There is nothing stronger, than the idea that came in time. We have to scrutinize the features of Kazakhstan management. Today we are on the 51st place in the world according to the level of education, and 101st place by innovation technologies. The reason is the oddness of management school. We need to create the real competitive environment in the market of management education. Business of the 21st century is about the game by rules. Designing of these rules will in further help us to reveal the strongest management schools”.

Kanat Nurov, President of the scientific-educational foundation “Aspandau” noted: “We need a theory, we need a scientific school, without our own content we will never move forward. Furthermore, this theory must be founded on its our own content. It is impossible to keep the scientific school without its own content”.

It is worth to mention that foreign organizations can become members of the Association, what is also encouraged in many world organizations of the same type. Thus, according to the words of the president of CEEMAN (International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies) Danica Purg, about 40% of CEEMAN members are international organizations in management development.
