LCC International University’s Business Administration Assistant Professor Femi Odebiyi was acknowledged for his research and received the 2011 Emerald/BMDA Borderless Management Research Fund Award several days ago.
Femi’s research “The system of higher education as the key link for transferring innovations into the economic environment” not only gained him a prestigious award – he received an invitation to the BMDA Annual conference in Gdansk, Poland, where he will receive a Highly Commended Award certificate.
“Emerald would like to thank you for your submission and wish you every success in the future”, writes Emma Stevenson, Emerald’s External Relations Executive in her congratulations letter. “Emerald is proud to help reward and promote such high-quality research.”
The award is established by Emerald Group Publishing Limited, publisher of the largest collection of international business and management journals, and the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA).
Both organizations seek to promote excellence and innovativeness in management research.
