RISEBA European Business programme receives EPAS accreditation

On 13 May 2014 the EPAS Accreditation Board voted to grant EPAS Accreditation to RISEBA for its Bachelor programme "European Business Studies".

Choosing the right Business School or Bachelor programme is a decision that may involve a sizable investment in terms of time and money in the expectation to generate significant returns for the candidate in many Professional and personal respects. Therefore it is a decision that justifies a great deal of careful selection and research. Accreditation is a key factor to take into consideration since accreditation from EFMD provides a reliable indication of quality in business and management education. Graduates who choose to study on an EPAS accredited programme can be assured they are attending an institution with high international standards of quality with a balance between high academic (scientific) quality and professional relevance and that the needs

of the corporate world are well integrated into the programme. Finally and most importantly students can be assured that they will receive international recognition for their qualification, which is extremely important in today's global environment.

EPAS was launched in 2005 and in 9 years has had a considerable impact on the quality of business schools programmes all over the world. As of May 2014,

EFMD has 85 accredited programmes from 64 institutions in 28 countries that have been awarded EPAS accreditation. 25% of the total are (E)MBAs, 32% are Masters, 29% are Bachelors, 2% are Doctoral Programmes and 12% are non-Bologna country-specific programmes.

It is our greatest pleasure to announce that RISEBA Bachelor programme “European Business Studies” has just been awarded EPAS accreditation by EFMD! We are proud that we are the first and the only university in the Baltic region, whose Bachelor programme has been EPAS accredited!
