SOFT SKILLS FESTIVAL "SUMMER UPGRADE"
For the first time in Minsk on July 9-13, 2018, there will be a soft skills festival 'Summer Upgrade' delivered by Business School «Zdes I Sejchas», oriented on personal skills development, where managers can not only shake and light yourself, but also get a springboard for growth and become better than now!

July 9-13 in Minsk there will be a SOFT SKILLS FESTIVAL "SUMMER UPGRADE", on which managers can master their soft skills, shake and light themselves!
WHAT IS SOFT SKILLS FESTIVAL? It is a unique combination of programs in its format and content; a variety of tools, practices to become more effective. It’s also practical platform for trials and errors. Lots of feedback, awareness and discoveries are guaranteed. In addition, for each participant this is an excellent driver for personal development and the opportunity to be better tomorrow than yesterday.
In the palette of the festival, participants are expected to have a master class for self-motivation supporting and professional burnout preventing, training in developing thinking abilities, training in conflict management, oratorical skills, and emotional intelligence.
