Successfully conducted seminar "Breakthrough to Prime"
Adizes Institute for West Europe and Baltics conducted two days seminar „Breakthrough to Prime“ on September 29-30, 2011 in Vilnius.
It attracted over 20 managers and leaders from different companies of Lithuania. During the seminar the participants learned the basic conceptual foundations of the Adizes Methodology™ including CAPI (Coalesced Authority, Power and Influence), PAEI (managerial styles), the Lifecycle concept, and the Power of mutual trust and respect. The participants evaluated seminar very high, showed great interest to the materials, books on the methodology and came with the idea to establish the Adizes club in Lithuania. This initiative will be developed further.
