UDG DigNest project - training for staff members in Arctur Slovenia

By sharing best practices, experiences and knowledge, Arctur organised a three-day training titled “Digitalisation & Innovation: A key to Industry 4.0” to empower the DigNest project staff members from Montenegro and thus contributing to the project objectives. Project is funded by Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by University of Donja Gorica.

The second part of the training was held on the 12th – 14th of April and members from the University Donja Gorica, University of Montenegro, Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Montenegro and Ministry of Health of Montenegro were hosted in the face-to-face meeting in Arctur´s premises in Nova Gorica, Slovenia.

On the first day, a webinar with invited speakers was provided, presenting the use cases of HPC application in the Health and Medical sectors. Afterward, the guided tour to Arctur´s Data Center was offered. In the afternoon, visitors were invited to test some digital gadgets such as VR glasses and interactive touch-screen solutions, to experience Tourism 4.0 products. The second day of training was dedicated to digitalization, learning about digital maturity tools, trends and digital technologies in business. Lastly, good practices of the Slovenian Digital Innovation Hub were introduced. The third training day was concluded by Tomi Ilijaš, Arctur´s CEO, who held the training and consultation on the establishment and piloting of Montenegro Academic DIH and its services
