After the successful first edition of “Coffee with Careers” in June, we invite you to join us for a second edition of a virtual “Coffee with Careers” on Thursday, September 10th, from 12:30-14:00 CEST.

Career Services professionals from our EFMD schools around the world, as well as recruiters/talent acquisition professionals from companies and organisations, are welcome to join this interactive discussion to reflect on how COVID-19 times are shaping Career Services and the world of recruiting. Furthermore, we encourage you to extend the invitation to your corporate partners and peers to participate in this strategic dialogue.

A lot has changed in the last six months with regards to the rapid transformation online. The needs of talent are shifting and recruitment processes have changed in a virtual world, as well as the skills the recruiters are looking for. All while the importance of Career Services departments keeps growing along with the pressure to adapt and continue providing opportunities in a rapidly changing labor market amid uncertainty.
