Participate at International Management Teachers Academy
Join us on 14-23 June 2022 in picturesque Bled, Slovenia for CEEMAN International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA)! This is a unique opportunity to develop your curricula, course design, teaching materials, teaching skills and methods.
The program is heavily based on the case method, including teaching with cases, case writing, and performance evaluation and feedback to students. During the first part of the program, the participants have the opportunity to discuss and improve their knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes related to general aspects of management education, including teaching philosophy, strategy, teaching and learning tools, methods (including the case method), course design, student assessment and evaluation, as well as the use and impact of information technologies and innovation in learning and teaching.
Second part of the residential module offers a selection of disciplinary tracks, providing a deeper hands-on insight into the teaching of specific disciplines, lots of useful teaching tools and individual feedback. Online coaching will be provided to participants as new addition to the program.
