Training topic was “Adizes Theory and Practice for Leadership and Change Management (Adizes Methodology for Managing Accelerated Change & Growth).
During the session, participants analyzed and learned how to manage change successfully, how to understand Organizational dynamics, it’s lifecycle and how to move from one lifecycle stage to another. The practical cases were discussed in order to understand what challenges and problems are waiting in each stage and how to manage organizational lifecycle transitions.
During the trainings, participants were involved in active individual and group discussions, role plays and case studies.
