BMDA and LKKA have launched a joint project

Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) and Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education (LKKA) have launched a joint project – a set of mastering change training that will lead Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education (LKKA) to essential organizational changes.

The goal of those seminars is to develop and to enhance competences and skills of academic and administrative staff of Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education (LKKA) in identifying problematic spheres in their Institution, diagnosing reasons that influence such situation, preparing scenario and taking particular strategic actions that could help to improve current situation.


The set of the training will be conducted during period of March 2011 – May 2011 and consist of six 5 days (30 academic hours) duration training blocks that will be grouped in four Activities:
1. Managerial competences enhancement for members of Departments councils;
2. Preparation of optimal control model for structure departments;
3. Formulation of integrate  development strategies;
4. Preparation of administration processes project after changing juridical status and practice model of Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education (LKKA).
