CHANGE MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE SPREADING IN ST. PETERSBURG
On September 22-23rd, 2017, President of BMDA, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, delivered interactive training on Change management at International Management Institute (IMISP) in St. Petersburg, Russia.
During two days the group of managers from various companies (students of Executive MBA) together with some faculty members from IMISP were learning various aspects of how to manage the change within organizations in fast changing environment. The learning was based on Adizes Organizational transformation methodology and was illustrated by numerous practical examples from Adizes practice.
