On March 9-10, 2017, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), participated in largest Business Leaders forum in Vilnius- EBIT. This is the biggest annual leadership conference for top managers in Lithuania (over 800 participants), where most recent trends in management development around the world are exposed.
Dr. V. Kundrotas made the presentation „Why managers often don‘t sleep at night? “, where, using Adizes Organizational Transformation Methodology, analyzed the accountability issues. He also provided suggestions how to make people feel accountable within their organizations.
