 Dr. Zvezdan Horvat has 20 years of experience deploying the Adizes Methodology within organizations around the world (USA, Great Britain, China, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus and other countries in South East Europe region). He  serves as CEO for Adizes South East Europe which consists of offices in Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia. At the same time his responsibility as Professional Director for South East Europe and East Europe is to develop Adizes consultants in larger region. He has received the prestigious, “Associate of the Year” Award from the Adizes Institute in 2004 and 2008. Also, he is an experienced lecturer and has published more than 70 articles on change management. Conduction of Adizes speaker service lectures in many occasions for audiences up to 1000 people are among of his great achievements. In 2009 he was Key note speaker at the Oxford Summit of Leaders on Crisis and Corporate Responsibility. His expertise in Adizes methodology is especially connected to organizational structure design and creating of profit tracking and accountability systems.
