INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE FOR THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

BMDA President and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, on December 4-5, 2018 has conducted interactive training on Change Management for the future top management and Leaders of the National Bank of Ukraine.

During those two days participants were introduced to the systematic approach to Change Management based on the Adizes organization's transformation methodology and received a number of practical "tools" to help them work more efficiently and effectively in a fast-changing environment as well as to achieve more ambitious results. The content and the atmosphere of learning as well as practical assignments were very well received by the participants, who will use the obtained competences at their work in one of the most important financial institutions in Ukraine.
