Management Development at Silicon Valley (USA)
On September 4th, 2013 the President of BMDA, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, together with educational and business representatives from Singapore and Kazakhstan has been visiting 3 worlds leading IT Corporations having Headquarters in Silicon Valley close to San Francisco, California.
He participated in the meetings with management from Cisco systems, Google and Hewlett Packard during which the organizational development, strategy and human resource development issues of those companies have been discussed. The visiting group had a chance to experience the corporate culture of well-known companies and meet various representatives of their management.
