One more training has been implemented successfully!

Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) keeps implementing International Competence Development Program for Management teachers and researchers and has successfully finished the third Program module “How to integrate research data into interactive teaching process” on the 18 th of March.

This Competence development seminar was presented by Assoc. Prof. of ISM Margarita Pilkiene, Prof of ISM Asta Pundziene and a guest speaker Alvydas Vitkauskas.

Seminar "How to integrate research data into interactive teaching process" was organized for 30 lecturers and researchers. The most active researchers represented Kaunas Technology University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and Business Strategy Institute. We also had participants from Alytus College Institution of Higher Education,  BA school of Business and Finance, International Business School at Vilnius University, International School of Law and Business, Kolping College, Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, Mykolas Romeris University, Siauliai College, Vytautas Magnus University, College of Social Science also individual BMDA members took part in this training.

Participants got acquainted with Pros and Contras about experimental learning and data, the newest information about research data presentation with Power Point and the Best practices in this sphere. Also, participants had a possibility to take part in Experimental research, process data in computer class and analyze this research results by themselves. Moreover, participants enhanced their competences in case method and how to use it as vehicle to data transfer and much more…

All Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) team is expressing sincere thanks for participants and is looking forward meeting them in the next International Competence Development Program module on 7-8 of April.
