President of BMDA at the International RABE Conference in Nizhny Novgorod
On June 22, 2017, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas participated in the Panel discussion at the International RABE (Russian Association of Business Education) Conference in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
The topic of the Panel was aimed at improving MBA programs quality and value. Dr .Kundrotas provided a number of remarks and suggestions towards possible improvements in Management education in general and MBA programs in particular. He paid attention of the participants that sometimes the educational programs forgetting the purpose, why they exist, lacking the systemic understanding of management of organization and do not teach students how to involve employees into joint decision making and especially, in the implementation of decisions. The presentation have been followed by the discussion of the conference participants.
