Successful launch of 9th Annual BMDA Conference
Baltic Management Development Association is happy to announce that the very special event which was organized under the umbrella of the 9th Annual BMDA Conference “How to become efficient and effective at the same time“ that took place during 19-20 May in Tallinn has been implemented successfully.
During the two days of this exciting interaction the participants discussed and learned from each other how to combine those two hardly working together criteria – effectiveness and efficiency- in order to make their own activity successful and fast growing!
The conference provided the very special format in addition to the professional presentations of the Top Managers from Skype – Andres Kutt, Swedbank – Goran Collert, Det Norske Veritas – Michael Aaslan and other well known organisations. The participants of the conference have visited one of their selected companies (”Ericsson”, “Skanska”, “Nordea”, “Tallink”, “Tschudi shipping”, “Felix Poltsamaa”) and learned from their experiences. These companies demonstrated the practical examples of efficiency and effectiveness combination they have implemented during management process.
In addition to that, participants had a chance to explore and get acquainted with the newest production of famous management development publishers such as Harvard Business School Publishing (USA), Emerald Publishing (UK) as well as to present themselves to each other.
This exceptional gathering gave a chance for close interaction with famous quests and participants from various countries during the World Café discussions, Reception, Coffee breaks and special Gala dinner.
