Strategic meeting in Santa Barbara
On July 12-19th, 2018 President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas took part in the Strategic management meeting of Managing directors from various Adizes Institute offices all around the world. The gathering took place in Adizes Institute headquarters, situated in Santa Barbara, California (USA).
During the meeting the further development of Adizes methodology was discussed and strategy, how to satisfy better client’s needs, providing Organizational transformation programs, have been discussed. Also, participants were preparing for the next year’s Global Adizes Convention, which will be taking place in February of 2019 in Sydney, Australia.
