The second day of the 17th Annual BMDA conference has finished
The second day of the conference was dedicated more for the business community in order to get a deeper insight into business in connection to the conference topic.
The second conference day was composed of 3 different
panels. Trying to find the answers how to define the local needs and adjust products
or services for the local markets in order to be successful and responsible at
the same time? Also, how local
culture might influence the business processes of international companies?
Challenges and solutions. And what HR policy the company in International
markets should perform? Locals vs expatriates? Talent management.
After all three intensive panels, conference participants took part in a short experiential session of selective awareness to increase efficiency, that was called "Mindfulness as performance enhancer" and was delivered by Asya Sirovnik Moskon - Founder of
Sirovnik Institute, head of ADTH School, active member of Newton Institute
