BA School of Business and Finance organizes “SHADOWING A STUDENT 2021” event

From April 26 to 30 BA School of Business and Finance is organizing the event “FOLLOW A STUDENT 2021”.

It is an annual event organized by the Student Council of the BA School of Business and Finance (BASBF) which provides the opportunities to look at the world of education through the eyes of a student. Generally the event is arranged as a shadowing activity on the Campus, however this academic year it is a virtual shadowing activity aiming to provide potential local and international students with an insight into a study process by participating in lectures together with students from BASBF.

Secondary school students can apply for the event and choose in which study program he/she would like to shadow the students of BA School of Business and Finance. They have the possibility to make a choice of lectures that they prefer to join online for shadowing at “International Finance” and “Business Process Management” study programs in English.

Dr. Liga Peiseniece, rector of BASBF points out that “Follow a student” is an important event for BASBF, it offers a great experience for all interested future potential students from any country to learn how the study process is run, what teaching methods are applied, as well as to get an insight into culture, get acquainted with professors and students.
