University of Donja Gorica and HPC NCC Montenegro invited a special guest, prof. dr Mladen Kezunović, a Regents Professor at Texas A&M University and Member of the US National Academy of Engineering. Prof. Kezunović gave talk on Artificial Intelligence in Energy Sector.

UDG students participates at VIRAL Hackathon within VIRAL projects. This year's Viral Hackathon, which was organized through the project of the same name co-financed by the European Union, was held on Thursday, May 12. until Saturday, May 14, 2022 in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Another NVIDIA Academic Grant: Equipment for Edge AI Classroom - NCC Montenegro researchers at UDG won NVIDIA Academic Grant that will provide additional classroom equipment (Jetson Nano).

UDG GATHERS MONTENEGRIN AND REGIONAL COMPANIES IN SUPPORT OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
The University of Donja Gorica, within the XII Stock Exchange of Entrepreneurial Ideas, gathered Montenegrin and regional companies in support of the ideas of high school and university students, with a record turnover of 20 thousand euros. The stock exchange gathered domestic and regional businessmen who competed to buy business ideas of young entrepreneurs, and to develop their ideas in order to improve the business environment in Montenegro.

Program Management Seminar Successfully Concluded
A diverse group of participants from 10 institutions and 9 countries celebrated the return of the Program Management Seminar to Bled after two years of online learning. One of CEEMAN’s signature programs since 2005, the Seminar is an intensive and highly interactive three-day experience designed to make program and project managers working at universities and business schools more effective at handling their increasingly demanding and complex responsibilities. Class sessions included briefings by experts, group discussions, case analyses as well as lots of experience sharing among the participants.

Riga Technical University (RTU) has improved its position in the prestigious international rating «QS World University Rankings by Subject 2022» and ranked among 301–350 world’s best universities in power engineering and electronics, climbing in the ranking compared to the previous year. In general, RTU ranks 340th in engineering and it is the only university in this position not only in Latvia, but also in the Baltics.

UDG students take part in The European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA)
We are pleased to announce that the members of The European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA) decided to accept the Association of Students of Applied Psychology Axon, University of Donja Gorica as an observer member for a period of one year, while the status of full membership will be voted on at the next General Assembly.
