BMDA President and Managing director at Ryskulov conference (15 April 2021)

BMDA President Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas has become the keynote speaker at plenary session of Ryskulov Conference (15 April 2021), which has been dedicated to the topic of Shaping the Future in Education.

Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas delivered a speech “The future of management education” and shared few important insights with the participants.

According to Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, in order to be successful in dealing with demand of complex attitude, which keeps increasing day-by-day in the real life, Education Institutions should be ready to change curriculum from functional approach to more complex and problems solving approach based on team, rather than on single leader decisions. Furthermore, the shift from teaching to learning atmosphere in the classrooms could help to enable discussions and find the right answers.

It is important initiate and implement this change together, as only acting together we are capable to face the complexity today and in the future.

BMDA Managing Director Dr. Tomas Karpavičius represented association at the Q&A session.

Ryskulov Conference was and international event organized virtually on Zoom platform and attended close to 150 participants and was a part of Narxoz Global week.
