BMDA President shares his experience in Global EFMD Conference for Deans and Directors General
On the 13 – 14 of February, BMDA President and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA) Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas took part in EFMD Conference for Deans and Directors General in Milan, Italy.
This year more than 400 deans and directors general from around the world met at this two-day event to exchange the ideas about the future of business education, share best practices and get an update on new trends in management development. Also to shed light on some of the biggest challenges that education sector is facing today.
Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, had a possibility to share his gained experience in managing change within academical and business organizations, based on well known Adizes organizational transformation methodology.
