Interactive seminar for University top management in Kazan
On March 6-7th, 2019 Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), conducted an interactive two days training on Change management for the Top management of Kazan Federal University (Russia).
During the training was analyzed, how to make decisions and implement them effectively, how to overcome resistance to change and help university staff involve themselves into generating and implementing the changes, which are necessary for the organization. There was also discussed how to form the short-term and long-term goals, effective organizational structure and other important issues. University Rector's team, the heads of the Institutes, the Deans of the faculties and the Heads of the centers and departments actively participated in the Training.
