SPREADING CHANGE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCES IN KIEV
On March 30-31st, 2017 President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas conducted interactive training on how to Manage Companies in fast changing environment at MIM-Kiev, Ukraine.
The CEOs and owners of various business companies during the 2 day training learned and discussed how to understand their organizations better and analyze their dynamics, how to make the right decisions and build the complementary teams as well as how to manage conflicts in fast changing environment. They also went through examples of practical implementation of Adizes methodology in organizational transformation process.
This training is the first module of the joint program between AGS and MIM-Kiev, the leading Business School in Ukraine. The two other modules will take place in May&July accordingly.
