EBS opens a branch in Helsinki
International university Estonian Business School opens a branch in Helsinki this fall. The goal of the branch is to offer Finnish students a possibility to study International Business Administration in English based on EBS distance learning program.

ISM to go for the prestigious EQUIS accreditation
ISM University of Management and Economics is starting an improvement project for its quality management system with a view to receiving EQUIS, the world’s leading accreditation of business schools. The new quality management system will be launched with the help of support from the EU Structural Funds in the amount of LTL 1.5 million. The project will be completed in January 2013
Communication and Visualization are combined in the new Professional Bachelor Program
Visual communication is the name of the new program which is starting to be implemented at International School of Law and Business in September, 2011. It is a communicative aspect program, the graduates of which will be awarded with a Professional Bachelor degree in Communication.

Estonian Business School students triumph in Moscow
A team of Estonian Business School Master's students was the only foreign team participating in a competition at Moscow State University, and won 2nd place, plus winning the Audience Choice prize. The laptop they won will be donated to an orphanage in Narva.

EBS Vice Rector for International Relations, in Alicante
The EFMD External Relations meeting for 2011 has just finished in Alicante. The subject was Facing the new reality - is collaboration the way forward? EBS' Vice Rector for International Relations, Nicola Hijlkema, is a long-standing member of the Steering Committee which designs these meetings, intended for professionals in marketing, international relations, PR, communication, corporate partnerships, and other external relations activities.

Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs of the ISM University of Management and Economics, Professor Viltė Auruškevičienė, has been nominated a new Dean for Studies, to replace Dr. Nerijus Mačiulis, who has been in this position for the past five years.

A fifth more undergraduate students of the ISM University of Management and Economics wish to study abroad in the spring semester under exchange programmes than last year.
