During the panels of the 1^st day will be explored:

·            Business owners’ expectations towards future.

·            What managers should do in order to create sustainable organization- shareholders view?

·            Future of business leader. What leadership style is competitive?

·            Future of successful team in the company.

Day 2 COMPANY VISITS AND ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS

•            Company visits in divided groups.

•            Discussion with management of the companies on the multidisciplinary approach issues implementation.

•            Consulting of the visited companies on their hot issues.

•            Feedback on findings at the plenary session

•            Roundtable discussions with faculty and staff how multidisciplinary approach might affect the content, teaching methods of studies as well as subjects itself.

•            What learning method(s) should be used in order to get best result?

Day 3 BUSINESS SCHOOL’S FUTURE-dedicated to the Business Schools’ representatives

·            During the panels of the 3^rd day will be explored:

·            New mission of business school – teaching center or meeting space for learning?

·            Future design of programs. What learning school should be about?

·            Faculty involvement into programs design and delivery. How?

·            How we are going to deliver traditional + untraditional teaching methods
