LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN KIEV FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND CEO’S
On October 27-28th, 2017 President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas delivered 2 days interactive training for owners and top managers of various business companies of Ukraine. The training was launched in cooperation between AGS and its partner - the leading Business School in Ukraine -MIM-Kiev.
Large Conference on Adizes Methodology in Kiev
On October 25th, 2017, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, spoke at the 4th International Adizes Methodology conference, in Kiev, Ukraine. It is one of the biggest conferences in Ukraine, where the Adizes Methodology was presented and discussed in various aspects of it‘s application.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE SPREADING IN ST. PETERSBURG
On September 22-23rd, 2017, President of BMDA, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, delivered interactive training on Change management at International Management Institute (IMISP) in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Recognition of BMDA expertise in developing Business Schools globally
The EFMD Global Network (EFMD GN) Board of Trustees, during its last meeting, on the 7th of June 2017, in Berlin, formally approved President of BMDA, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, appointment as a member of the EDAF Committee.
The Global Adizes Convention in Monterrey
On July 22-29, 2017 President of BMDA and Dean of AGS Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas participated in Global Adizes Convention, which took place in Monterrey, Mexico. Convention were attended by over than 65 participants, representing Adizes associates, companies internal integrators and partners. During the Convention a number of issues, related towards methodology have been discussed and analysed.
President of BMDA at the International RABE Conference in Nizhny Novgorod
On June 22, 2017, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School (USA), Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas participated in the Panel discussion at the International RABE (Russian Association of Business Education) Conference in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
Training in Gdansk
On May 31st - June 4th, 2017, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School, has visited Warsaw and Gdansk, where he conducted training program on Advanced Management at Gdansk Foundation of Management Development (GFKM). He provided to final MBA class the theory and practice of Adizes Change management program.
SPREADING CHANGE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCES IN KIEV
On May 12-13th, 2017 President of BMDA and Dean of Adizes Graduate School Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, had second interactive training at MIM-Kiev, Ukraine, on Changes Management and it’s implementation. Training took 2 days, during which managers and owners from different companies had possibility to learn more about changes in their organizations. Participants had intensive discussions and practical work for better understanding how to act in fast changing environment, how to make team work more effective and manage conflicts. This training is the second module of the joint program between AGS and MIM-Kiev, the leading Business School in Ukraine. The third module will take place in July, 2017.
